Craig Simpkins is a Director of Finance for Johnson Controls in Milwaukee, WI. Prior to his current role, Craig held many leadership positions at Johnson Controls, including the responsibility for the Global Finance Process and Transformation Team for the BT&S Business Unit.  He had global responsibility for the standardized and optimization of policies and procedures, management of key performance indicators, and the finance transformation process. Previously he was the director of Order-to-Cash for the North America Shared Services Center and the Procure-to-Pay organization. Simpkins has worked in Accounting, Finance, and Shared Services roles for over twenty-five years.   He has authored and presented several whitepapers and webinars related to functions within the Shared Service environment, cultural differences, and leveraging technology to gain efficiencies within processes. He has been involved with the IFO for more than ten-years and has developed both CAPA and CAPP offerings during this time. A graduate in Accounting, he has a MBA in Entrepreneurship and a MS in Accounting, is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and CAPP.
