Registering for the CAPP or CAPA exam is a simple process! Simply apply for the CAPP or CAPA exam by submitting the Qualification Application and Code of Ethics Form (below) with required proof of education (if applicable) and experience to certification@financialops.org or via our secure fax at (407) 378-2949.
Or, candidates who wish to pay their application and registration fees by check or money order will be required to download, print, complete, and mail a copy of the Qualification Application and Code of Ethics Form (below) with required proof of education (if applicable) and experience to:

Once all required paperwork has been submitted and the candidate’s application has been approved, The Institute will confirm successful pre-registration. Approximately one week prior to the opening of the examination window, registrants are emailed instructions for reserving an exam date, time, and location.
Candidates who do not meet the required qualifications will receive a notification of denial.

The CAPP and CAPA exams are administered twice a year. Applications are accepted for the two upcoming exam windows. Candidates will receive instructions for selecting a date and time of their choice the week before the start of the testing window.
