Speaker Biography

Robin is a seasoned professional with years of Fortune 500 Corporate experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Travel and start-up of a Commercial Card Program (Travel and Purchasing) saving the company $4.2MM a year in process savings, and crated a Shared Services environment.  She implemented an Imaging system, Automated approval process, Evaluated Receipts Settlement (ERS) and streamline cash outlay for travel from 4 million down to 200 thousand dollars.

An MBA school research paper had her reaching out to another Richmond based Fortune 500 company to automate a process.  She implemented Commercial Card for them and saved them 10 million a year in process savings. The project launched her career into Commercial Card.

Robin worked in the card industry at JPMorgan Chase and ultimately ran the Implementation team and helped with the merger with Bank One.  She was recruited by the following companies: American Express as the Director of Implementation, SunTrust bank as a Commercial Card Officer, then MUFG Union Bank to help start-up a Commercial Card program. She was in Consulting and Sales for MUFG Union Bank before being recruited by Texas Capital Bank to help start a Commercial Card program. Once launched, she will remain in Card Consulting to ensure clients receive a design of a card program that will work specifically for their company.
